 Service Policy
VSTICKING Quality Warranty Agreement
Warranty period of the device(VK530)  is three months from the date of purchase by the end user.
Warranty Process
1. Provide a copy of the warranty card and receipt of purchase.
2. Provide the ID# of device. (VK530: Download the SXI from Vsticking website-support, connected device with SXI. Check the ID# from “Information” ) see screen shot as following:

   
3.  Provide photos and video to show the problem of the device.  
4. Leave your shipping address (contact person and phone# )
5. Send all above required information from item 1-4 in one email to service@vsticking.com
6. Please keep track of our email, we will reply you and provide any needed warranty service.
Out of Warranty
1. This warranty maybe void due to the improper use or authorized repair, excessive force such as dropping, or failure of damaged as a result of usage outside of recommend operating conditions.(See precautions in user manual)  or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure. 
2. It is prohibited to open the body of the device otherwise the warranty is invalid.
Processing Time
The processing time is about 3-7 working days after we got above information from end user.. 
Shipping Fees
End user need to bear one way shipping fee.
VSTICKING reserves the right of final decision on all warranty cases.
Note: Our Workday is Monday to Friday.
